The Open Window
This image is an outdoor portrait study with ambient light, enhanced by the treatment with blue diazochrome film. It is a picture that utilized the lines and shapes, composition and colour to good effect, made even more special by the sparkle of human interest. One of the Gold Medals award that was won by this slide was from the 37th Chicago International Salon, USA, held in 1972.
I knew this had won another medal before I read it lol
