The Impact Of The Slow Shutter

For one moment, I decided to blur partially the movement of the reflection of the water. With the setting of slower shutter speed, I was able to capture the image in my mind. The visual impact of the image that I captured at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 20 11 2022 resulted in an illusion with a different visual impact.
