Searching For GPS?

Stopping by the roadside, especially at the pedestrian crossing, if it is not checking the GPS, to me is dangerous. This was the scene that I encountered during my visit in Hanoi, Vietnam, in May 2018. I do not know whether is an offence in Vietnam for such a practice. To me is interesting to capture this photo travel image.
