Riding is Prohibited

On 11 02 2024 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, I spotted three groups of youngster riding along the Heritage Bridge. They seem to ignore riding is prohibited on the bridge. Obviously, they did not expect the officer would be around to impose the law before 7:00 am. So far, I presume no accident have happened yet to the pedestrian. I am annoying to witness such a practice without caught by the authority.
