Morning Round of Fogging

On 23 10 2023 at lower Seletar Reservoir, I encountered another round of fogging in the early morning. My focus is always on the atmosphere created by this procedure. I chunked up a very strong visual impact for an eye-catching image. One good thing is that the team of workers was heading towards my direction, and they were just at the right location for me to compose a striking image.
