Morning Glory of Bedugul
I have been to Bali many times in the past 30 years. Simply due to the richness in nature and culture of this place. Last trip in May, Bedugul was one of my locations for outing. My usual practice is to be at the location before sunrise. To my surprise, I was bared from entering the lake area at 6:00 am. I was told by the guard that the place is only accessible to public after seven. In the end, I was forced to explore the other end of the lake. I was pleased to capture this image of Bedugul from another angle. Though Ulun Danu Temple is out of sight, I like the sereneness of the lake with the warmth touch of rising sun. By the time this image is uploaded, I am back in Bali again for a family outing. I hope to come home with more images of Bali.
Thanks for sharing this Mr. Tan!
Beautiful picture! Like the lights, reflection, tones and composition.
Really nice capture Mr.Tan but i would like to correction concerning about the name of the place of it. It shud read Bedugul Lake instead of Berdugu.
Hi, I Nyoman,
Thanks for your comment and pointing out my typographical error. The lake is not Bedugul Lake. I think it should be Lake Bratan. Best regards,
Dear Aaron,
Don’t mention! With great pleasure! Thanks for dropping by and your comment. Best regards,
