Fogging Before Sunrise

The fogging teams to control dengue fever start their morning round even before sunrise. On 29 04 2024 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, they already having their round around 6:30am. Though the ambient lighting still low, the cool blue colour at dawn matched well with the artificial warmer light of the Heritage Bridge. Handheld hand phone still possible to capture an eye-caching image.
