Preparation of soya milk is a long process. I witnessed this procedure when I was in Solo, Indonesia. Photographically, the atmosphere is an occasion all set for an image with greater visual impact. Once you witness such a process at a cottage industry would you still enjoy the soya milk locally. I wonder?
