Dispersing at Dawn

The dispersing lighting condition of the rising sun is an ideal condition for a stunning image. I was attracted by the phenomenon on 09 04 2023 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir.
As usual, I like the amazing setting for an eye-catching image due to the everchanging weather.
