Baobab Tree With Elephant

Some of Africa’s oldest and biggest Baobab trees, aged between 1,100 and 2,500 years and in some cases as wide as a bus is long. From my vantage angle, the tree seen here is hugh in comparing with the elephant in the background. To me, the image is interesting due to the comparison in size. This is one of the image that I like from my 2nd safari trip in 2019.

Menu For Breakfast

With a little bit of luck, I managed to capture an otter enjoying the morning breakfast in the water of the Lower Seletar Reservoir. Obviously, the water of the reservoir is very clean. Swimming across the water searching for seafood, five otters together found their favourite food.Fish is the staple of their diet. Often supplemented by crayfish and frog. I was fortunate to capture this image in a very close distance with a touch of brilliant lighting. The ripples of the water enhanced the image further. Actually I have been visiting the reservoir since 20 September 2020. 4th October 2020 morning was the most rewarding one. A decisive moment that is rare to encounter.

Moving Ahead In The Same Direction

I was watching the giraffes for two morning at the Acacia Seronera Luxury Camp, Serengeti National Park, Tanzania, Africa in December 2019. Every morning, they were moving in a group in the same direction. I decided to capture this image on the third morning. Besides the movement, I love the landscape of the wild. To me, it is important to capture the habitat of the animal in the wild.
