Cloudy Sky

In landscape photography, one of the prerequisite requirement is to anticipate the rapid changes of the sky. I would never give up my hope of capturing an amazing image even on a cloudy day. The sudden change of the weather may turn up to be a favourable condition for an unusual landscape image. This was another experience that I had at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 03 07 2022.

Sunrise In A Misty Morning

If you are experience in capturing image of sunrise, you would agree with me that a clear sky for a sunrise is too harsh for imaging. I personally prefer a misty weather or a sky with a thin layer of cloud sufficient to soften the lighting. Such a condition is ideally for capturing a dramatic sunrise with vibrant colour. As usual, I prefer to have a number of layers for a spectacular depth in a landscape image. I had an opportunity of putting of these factors into practice at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 13 04 2022.

Hidden Reflection Behind The Bushes

Firstly, the vibrant colour of the reflection was my initial perception of facing the environment. I found a number of bushes sufficiently pleasing to be a foreground of the image. The combination of both objects blended well for another eye-catching landscape image. I am very please with the image that I captured at the Punggol Park on 23 04 2022.
