Brilliantly Lit

Brilliant lighting in the morning plays an important part on the landscape image that I captured at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 30 09 2020. The brightly lit of the fishing bridge against the misty backdrop allowed me to capture the image with perfect visual impact. From a vantage angle, I utilised the gigantic tree on the right side to frame the image to achieve a greater visual depth.

Unusual Appetite

I have captured many images of otter at the Lower Seletar Reservoir. On 16 03 2021, I have managed to capture an image of otter enjoying a big fish. Photographically, otter are good subject for wild life image. Recently, cheeky Otter once again evaded private pond of Koi and ate up all the 40 koi in the fish pond within a night. Obviously, they have exhausted the fishes in our reservoir. So, do watch up if you have big fish in your pond.

A Patch Of High Lighted Reflection

My perception at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 04 10 2022 was the patch of the highlighted area on the surface of water. In contrast with the warmer colour of the adjacent area created a good visual impact for the image. Utilizing the different shades of plants at different corners of the image, a sense of depth is thus created. Furthermore, the texture and ripples of the water are essential for the eye-catching image.
