The landscape at Papuma, East Java, Indonesia, apparently is an attraction for me. Good separation of silhouette against a foggy backdrop is very distinctive. Rasmono, the grand master walked into my frame just apply added interest to this image.
Obviously, the rider was lost in the busy city of Hoi An, Vietnam. But with the mobile in hand stopping in the middle of the road seems unavoidable. Perhaps, he never realised the danger involved. Photographically, a correct shutter speed has to be set and capturing the decisive moment is always crucial. I captured this candid shot during my visit in July 2018.
I captured this image at the Lower Seletar Reservoir during my visit in the early morning.
I spotted the long-legged freshwater bird in the reservoir. The heron was brilliantly lit under the spell of the morning sun. It is another image that is hard to come by. I love the gorgeous colour of the whole setting.
