I captured this image at Sa Pa market, North Vietnam, recently. I was fortunate to have the ambient lighting for this interesting setting. To me the setting is not only convenient for buyer to pick the item but also is an art creation from the seller. Actually, you could find art decor everywhere in our daily life. Sung Sot Cave is one of the caves in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam that worth visiting. Though frequently visited by tourist, to fine a vantage angle to capture a gorgeous image is still possible. I like the mixture of lights to give me the colour impact. I have ever heard of a statement in China “Building Under Erection”. From this angle, is this cave is also under erection. Imagination is all yours.
Ha Long Bay surely is another attraction photographer wouldn’t like to miss. Spending two nights on a cruise and sacrifice my sleep in order to capture gorgeous images at dawn is a worthwhile experience for me recently. After a break of slightly more than two years since my last visit to South Vietnam, I finally made a trip to North Vietnam two weeks ago. I love this image of Ha Long Bay at 5:00 am in the morning.
