When trees begin to bloom in early spring, the landscapes in the Lake District, Cumbria, UK have different mode of attractions. Recently, we were greeted with this scene when we arrived Derwent Water.
It looks sunny in the picture. I remember that the weather was cold, the breeze was strong and the branches were shaky. Under such a condition, to capture an image is not an easy task. I had to use fast shutter speed and small aperture in order to freeze the movement of the branches and to achieve greater depth of field.
I have been to Derwent Water many times in last 17 years. The visit in early this month proved to be most fruitful than other previous trips. I will share with you my latest images captured in UK before I continue with more images of my visit of Vietnam.
