The Sky Above Clyde Docks

 UKI6378
Most photographers will not like the plane trail in the sky. This image was captured on the 10th April morning at the Clyde Docks area, Glasgow. The Heathrow Airport was closed on the 15th April due to Volcanoes Ashes from Iceland. I was one of thousands travellers stranded in London. I could only catch my flight home on the 21st April after the Heathrow Airport reopened. Only now, I realise how important to have the trials in the sky of Britain. Without the trails in the sky, all things could just stand still for UK.
Nevertheless, I think the trial has added interest to the dramatised sky when this image was captured.

A Morning At St Ann’s Square

I have been to St Ann’s Square, Manchester many times. Every trip I made previously was always crowded with people. My recent visit was different. The place appeared to be deserted. To capture such an image, I think you have to be there early before the tourist coming. But I was much attracted by the quality of light. It is so nice for me to paint another image with light. If you like the impact, do not miss my solo exhibition coming up in August this year. Have a preview at: Painting With Light And Shadow-A 50 Year Chronicle, before you come to the exhibition.
