Fishes for sell first thing in the morning, obviously the sale must be good. Before selling all the stock, the fish monger was already counting the collection from the previous sell. I decided to use a lightly higher angle to capture the pattern of the display. The colourful attires of the monger is one of the deciding factors for a colourful image. Most importantly, the story content of the image is essential feature to further boosting the visual impact.
Celebration in a village such as Tenganan, Bali, satay is always a favourite dish. My perception of this satay cooking session, besides focused on the ordering manner of the people and their action, my focus was also on the separation of the backdrop by the dispersing smoke. I was also attracted by the colourful setting of the scene. Such an approach, is one way of capturing a busy environment with greater visual impact.
Flying a kite when the condition of water is choppy, the chances of losing the kite obvious is greater. This seem to be the decision they had to made at the location of Tana Lot, Bali, Indonesia. It was my perception in capturing an unusual interesting image.
