Though is a common scene of a village, to me the greenery is very refreshing. This could be just a daily trip for a farmer in the morning without realizing that he is fortunate to enjoy the freshness of the nature. I captured this image during my recent trip to Sumba, Indonesia.
While all the others were busy marketing their goods at the Muara Kuin Floating Market, Banjarmasin, Indonesia, these group of children were having more fun climbing to a higher level in order to jump into the water. Any mishaps and danger of immediate injury obviously is not in their mind. I think that is the real excitement of the simple daily life.
A visit to the Bedugul’s traditional market of Bali, gave me an opportunity of capturing this image of the cohesion of a family. While the mother has to breast-fed her baby, the father was needed to stand by in case any customer come by to their fruit stall. That shows the partner of the family is needed if you like to ensure the business is successful. This is even true when there are competitors nearby doing the same kind of business. Moreover, the dignity and love of a mother cannot be denied even at a public place. I love the expression of every member in this candid shot.
