The behaviour of waterhen is interesting to me after capturing a series of images. I like this one mainly due to action at the decisive moment. My perception was on the water environment. Anticipating the waterhen to move into the right location of the frame, was the composition that in my mind. I could have toned down the bright stick reflection in the water to achieve a stronger impact (Bishan Park, 06 04 2023).
The enjoy watching the gracefulness of willow. The plant at the Bishan Park is an unique feature for photography. Together with the reflections in the water is my perception of the image. Noted the waterhen searching for food to the right direction, I was already ready with my camera to capture an eye-catching image. An image in my mind that I anticipated the happening before it was captured (06 04 2023).
On 06 04 2023 at Bishan Park, I spotted a purple heron just about to set off. From vantage angle, the decisive moment was captured precisely for an eye-catching image. I was fortunate to have the mouth of bird opened at the right momemt.
