If nature subject is your cup of tea, I think you would be fancy to visit Paint Mines Interpretive Park. The fantastic geological formations is a place for nature wonder. Spending half a day here, with the luck of having good lighting condition, you may end up with numerous colourful images to show the majesty of the Park. I utilized the 14mm lens to create the greater depth to this nature creation. Perhaps, this answer the question of how useful is a super wide angle lens in photography. This is another trip of the 2011 PSA Annual Conference, Colorado Springs, USA.

A Touch Of Colour

An image captured in the field of Queen’s View, Loch Tummel, Scotland. Such tiny flowers could be easily step on while you are strolling. I was attracted by the bright colour of the flower. I decided to use the lifeview mode at a very low angle to shoot the flower in a different viewpoint. Surely, differential focus and narrower depth of field, besides the gorgeous colour, are the important elements of creating this image with greater visual impact.
