Another Round of Morning Spray

My perception of the pattern on the water set me into capturing the landscape image. The touch of colour from the rising sun and pattern of clouds were the other features that striking my mind. Anticipating the maintenance boat to come into the frame was all required for an eye-catching image. The smoke created from the spray of dengue fever fume was just another feature that added to the impact of the image (Lower Seletar Reservoir, 10 08 2023).

Remarkable Patches

The slowly moving highly lighted parches on the water on 05 08 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir caught my attention. The pattern formed by the water was rather striking to me when it was against the backdrop of the misty scene . In contrast with the touch of colour in the other part of water provided interesting features for the landscape. Deliberately utilising the silhouette of the trees as a foreground of the image was my intention of creating appropriate depth for the image.

A Morning Round

One of my favourite vantage angle at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, I spotted the maintenance crews were on their round on 31 07 2023. Though the lighting in that morning was not so striking, the lighted colour of the water casted by the morning sun provided good contrast for the image. Most importantly, the position of the boat was just right for an eye-catching image.
