Photography is an art of writing with light. Obviously, lighting is a prerequisite to an eye-catching image. On 22 06 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, from a vantage angle my main perception was on the lighted plant. Fortunate to have a dragonfly came into the ideal spot to complete my image of nature photography.
Actually, the size of spider is bigger than the actually life size. I spotted the spider and from my vantage angle, the lighting of the setting was just perfect for an eye-catching Image. You may think that the greenery are just distracting. Luckily, the lighted subject and the pattern of web were sufficiently attractive as well. The little insect that trapped on the web enhanced the image further.
The warmers of the rising sun added vibrant colour for a striking image of landscape.
The rest of the colour just blended well in the image. Anticipating the position of sunrise from my vantage angle was an important feature that boosted up the visual impact of the image. Carefully selected greeneries as a frame of image before the sun appears were part of the planed image. Fortunate to have the silhouette of the anglers to add interest to the final image (Upper Peirce Reservoir, 09 08 2023).
