Immitating 2008
A post-judging outing of the Garuda Indonesia International Photo Contest 2008 in Bali, gave me an opportunity of capturing this image at a religious ceremony. Candid photography is one my favorite branch of photography. Simply, what is happening in front the lens will just perish within a split of a second. Always, that is a decisive moment you have to capture. I am back in Jakarta at this moment for the Garuda Indonesia International Photo Contest 2009 event. I sincerely like to thank the organiser for inviting me again.

Sunday Morning is not only a good time for photography. As seen here, just outside the venue of the INDONESIA PHOTOWEEK II – 2008 Seminar at the Gedung Merdeka, what would it be better than having a date with your friend! Another colourful image captured by me during the recent visit to Bandung.

This is another colourful image from my recent visit to Lembang, West Java. Most probably you may think that I have a model to set up the image to my liking. On the contradictory, this lady is actually the owner of the fruit stall at the market place.
I just managed to capture the decisive moment while she was busy with her daily task. Obviously, proper make up and well dressed for the business is a good setting for such a colourful stall.
