An Illusion Of Marina

An overcast cloudy sky plus the calm water triggered off my perception of capturing this image. To me, it is an image with the aesthetic touch and added tranquillity. Personally, I am very pleased to come across this scene and capture the image.
An image that I captured during my recent visit to St Kilda Pier, Melbourne, Australia.

Move With The Wind

My observations of the movement of a lotus leaf on the surface of the water are my perception of capturing this abstract image. I think the soothing effect created by the pastel colour of the image is just right for me. The pleasing rhythm generated by the pattern and shape further enhanced the image. I like the presence of repetitive water drops on the leaf that created by the multiple exposures.

Swinging Colour

This shot was captured at the Ang Mo Kio Town Gardens West a few days ago. For this image, the lovely blooming flowers on a tree attracted me. I decided to apply the multiple exposures again to capture the image. This time I decided to use “series” instead of “single” for the exposure. Handheld my camera during the shooting. Most importantly, the breeze shifts the position of flowers during the exposures. The result is another abstract of flower study. If you like “The Gorgeous Magnolia”, I think you probably love this one.
