Bathing In A Factory

I captured this image in a tofu factory, Solo, Central Java. The dim light condition is still ideal for me to have another image of the daily life of people. The mother bathing her children next to the barrel of beans obviously is a practice in her busy schedule of working life. I wonder is there any measurement of the hygienic condition of the environment for producing tofu in this factory.
