“Repetitive movement of the water is a pleasing image to capture. The phenomenon is changing fast within a split of a second. To capture the decisive moment is always a desire that a photographer aiming to achieve. The warm colour of brilliant lighting from the rising sun with the pattern of the waves further achieve the visual impact of the image. The scene at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 11 Sept 2024 was ideally set for an eye-catching image.
The repetitive of the pattern and Light resonates strongly with the way the exhibits themselves are framed visually. This was my perception of the scene at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 02 Sept 2024. Fortunate to have a person exercised at the ideal location within the frame to act as subject. What I did was to capture the decisive moment for an eye-catching image.
While searching an image of “Wonder and Wander” at Clark Quay, I captured an image of Eng Loy in action. I post-processed with AI, to high-light the image of Eng-Loy. The result demonstrate the high level of conceptual and visual coherence.
