Another Spade to Add

I think regular digging of the soil from the river has to be carried out in order to maintain the river in good order. This is what I captured during my visit in North Vietnam in May 2018. Obviously, the scale of the job is too small to bring in the machine to complete the task. In the mean time, doing manually by the labourer is still the best solution.
