Trees

These trees (on an open field by a block of public housing flats in Sengkang) near where I live caught me and my dad’s attention so much (when we drive by) that we decided to go down to take photos of them on an early Sunday morning (in May this year) eventually. I like the silhouettes of their long stem-like trunks contrasting with the light morning mist. Thankfully we did visit these trees too; a few weeks later, we found that some of the trunks have snapped — perhaps a result of being struck by lightning.
