Spikes of the Armadillo
Greetings from Glasgow, Scotland, UK, where I am currently at, attending a work-related conference (and touring the country after the conference)!
Here’s a picture that I took yesterday with my trusty old, Canon Powershot G3 (which is definitely more handy at conferences than my 300D!). The spiky profile of the Scottish Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in Glasgow provides good photographic opportunity. While waiting for a cab to pick me up, I was intrigued by the lighting and patterns of the “spikes” and decided to take this shot. I was told that the locals call this place the armadillo because of its interesting shape, and hence the title of the shot 🙂
