Padi In The Wind

It was rather windy when we arrived at the terrace fields at Jatiluwih, Bali. We decided to use the wind to our advantage: mounting our cameras on our tripods, we composed our shots and set a relatively low shutter speed. The results is what you see above: static lines from the terrace fields interspersed with the motion-blur effect of the wind-blown rice-padi.
