From the West Bay of Lake Rotoiti

We identified Lake Rotoiti as a destination to visit for photography after making our stop at Nelson on the South Island of New Zealand. The weather when we arrived at the lake was unfortunately disappointingly wet. The wet conditions however, helped to create a misty and gloomy mood that contrasted well with the brightly-coloured foreground I found on the shores of the West Bay.
