The moon was already out as the sun slowly began to set when we arrived at Charlestown in Cornwall. This situation created good photo opportunities as we approached the “golden hour”.

The Coastal View from Porthcurno
We were driving to The Minack Theatre in Porthcurno in Cornwall. Without realising that there was a carpark at the top of the hill where The Minack Theatre is situated, we parked at a carpark that was further away and walked up the steep hill. It was to be a blessing in disguise as we chanced upon this viewpoint along the roadside that gave us a magnificent view of the coast. This was taken on our way up when the lighting was slightly duller and moodier. Check back for the next post for the same view in a different light!
