Barcoded Steps
The morning sunlight cast against these steps leading to The Lowry in Manchester created interesting patterns of light and shadow, creating an almost abstract picture when taken up close. Photography is in essence, painting with light (and shadow) and this picture exemplifies this concept.
Talking about light and shadow, my father will be exhibiting close to 400 photographs in a solo exhibition that chronicles his involvement with photography for the past 50 years. If you are in Singapore, the exhibition might well worth a visit! More details at https://www.lite-n-shadow.com
Very nice patterns, well exposed. I think of it as music to my eyes.
Thanks for dropping by Claude. Music to the eyes… now that’s a nice thought and a possible title for the shot too 🙂
